Here’s a visual breakdown of Sydney suburbs ranked by affordability – the darker the colour, the more affordable the suburb. Click (or tap) the suburb to see its overall ranking.
While much of the map will likely be of no surprise, it’s still a useful tool for searching for (relative, for Sydney) “bargain” suburbs when you can correlate the cost of your prospective suburb with the distance from where you work or regularly visit.
